As far as my yurt goes its a one year old I bought it last year from colorado yurt, they have a great website. its a 24 footer with the tall wall option. it has the insulation package, heavy duty roof material, wind and snow kit, and operable skylight. Extras are wood stove, custom exterior doors, 2x8 tongue & groove pine flooring, solar power system, custom kitchen cabinetry with radially laminated beech counter tops. the solar system has a 125W solar panel, charge controller, 245ah AGM battery, and a heavy duty 1500w pure sine wave inverter.
