Jay is a professional forester. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in resource management from the University of Montana. He enjoys boating and holds a USCG 50 ton Masters license. Jay is not a Realtor, broker or agent and has successfully sold his own boats and real-estate using his own style of "by owner marketing".
